Jim Coe
General Manager
Jim has worked in the building materials industry for over 32 years. He attended the University of Rio Grande for Business Administration, earned his Six Sigma Yellow, Green, and Black Belt Manufacturing Certificates from the University of South Florida, attended Purdue University’s Construction Lay-Out, Estimating, and Design Program, and is 5-S process certified.
His experience includes managing more than 15 Lumber & Truss and Walls & Components plants, 6 of which were new startup locations, along with 4 Wall & Panel plants and 5 Window & Door plants.
Throughout Jim's career, he has held positions within the Truss component industry of CEO, COO, President, Vice President, Area & Market Manager, and GM. He has a reputation of running highly efficient and high-performing operations, along with an impeccable safety record for all facilities under his management. He looks forward to using his vast experience to ensure Midwest Truss & Panel is the preferred truss, wall panel, and engineered wood product manufacturer and provider in the region.
